	A note on the lousy format: The original list I got this
from is more or less random. I didn't feel like sorting the list
completely, for which I apologise. I'll list them as Marvel, DC or
other and if I know what the other is, I'll mention it. No slight
intended on the non-mainstream companies; I'm just lazy.
